What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing relies on high-pressure water to blast dirt away. That works on concrete, but it can etch stucco, strip paint and force water behind siding. Soft washing uses low pressure with the right cleaning solution, so the solution does the work. We soft wash homes and roofs, and use surface cleaners and higher pressure only where the material can take it.
How often should I wash my house in St. George?
Most homes in Southern Utah look their best with an exterior wash once or twice a year. A lot of homeowners like to schedule one after monsoon season, when storms leave mud and dust streaks on walls, windows and roofs.
Can you remove hard-water spots from my sprinklers?
Often, yes. Mineral spotting on walls, glass and pavers can usually be reduced or removed, depending on how long it has been building up. We will take a look and tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not always. For exterior work we mainly need access to the areas being cleaned. For detailing we need access to the vehicle and keys. We will confirm the details when we schedule.
What does a ceramic coating actually do?
It bonds to your paint and creates a hard, slick, protective layer. Water and dust slide off more easily, washes are faster, and the finish holds a deep gloss. It also adds a layer of defense against UV, bird droppings and water spotting, which matters a lot under the Utah sun.
What is a clay bar treatment?
Even after a wash, tiny contaminants stay bonded to the paint and make it feel rough. A clay bar glides over the surface and pulls them out. We follow up with a sealant so the paint stays smooth and protected.
